Gave my 3 Japanese knives to Karoly for repair and sharpening. Repair included damaged blades which means that wouldn't be an easy job. Karoly did an excellent work and I was very happy to see my knives again in outstanding shape. Like new and very sharp!

Gave most of my lovely knife collection over for sharpening. Results were OUTSTANDING. My knives have never been better. Wow. Recommend to all use this service as a tune-up on your knives. You may have good knives like I do, but you need this.
